Oster Walk-A-Thon – April 29
Our annual Walk-A-Thon brings the entire school community together to support classrooms, field trips, and student programs. Every lap and every donation makes a difference!
We’re aiming to raise a total of $30,000 this year!
Each class is working toward a goal of $1,500.

Incentives
Prizes will be awarded for Top Classes and Top Students!
If you have more than one child, please make one donation per child to ensure they are correctly accounted for in their class.
Volunteers Needed
We need your help to make this event a success! Volunteers will assist with tasks like handing out badges, marking laps, and event setup/cleanup.
How Does It Work?

Student Participation: Each student will walk a designated course on the school campus, earning pledges for every lap completed. Students are encouraged to reach out to family, friends, or local businesses to secure sponsorships and support their participation.

Goal: The goal is to complete as many laps as possible while raising money for essential programs and activities at Oster Elementary.

Safety First: Our Walk-A-Thon is designed to be a safe and enjoyable event for all. Teachers and volunteers will be on hand to monitor the students as they walk the course.
How to Get Involved:

Fundraising Goal: Encourage your child to set a fundraising goal and share the event with family and friends to help them achieve it. Every contribution, big or small, makes a difference!

Corporate Match: A lot of companies match donations, please check if your or your family member's employer matches your contribution. It'd help double your donation.

Volunteers Needed: We are looking for volunteers to help with the event on the day of the Walk-A-Thon. If you’d like to volunteer, please sign up via the volunteer page on our website.
