I agree to pay $350 per child within 24 hours of receiving the payment link. Failure to pay within that time may result in forfeiting my child’s spot to the next person on the waitlist.

I agree that my child(ren) will attend all mandatory rehearsals and performances.

I agree to complete 4 hours of parent volunteer time, or pay an $80 buyout if unable to volunteer.
